Drone Laws in Canada are changing/coming 10/19/2016 We currently have some loosely defined laws for flying UAV's in Canada but it appears that will change in 2017. The new laws, from what I hear, will closely match those that have been recently started in the USA. Drones will need to be registered with Transport Canada, all sizes. You will get a registration number to attached to your drone. You will need to get some schooling and take a test.
